Is Salvia as Potent as LSD?

Filed under: General — Carmela @ 10:59 am

Want a legal drug? Want it to be as potent as LSD? Want it to be widely available on the Internet? Look no further than Salvia Divinorum.

The Salvia plant has long been used as a hallucinogenic by native Americans. No modern Americans are using a specially concentrated version of the plant; users become very dissociated, they have out of body experiences, and they merge with the floor or a piece of furniture.

But you’d better get there quickly, since the lawmakers of the country are going to try their hardest to ban Salvia in the very near future. California are the latest state to try and snub out the trend, as a bill in the state Senate will make it illegal to sell Salvia to minors. The bill is the love child of Assemblyman Anthony Adams who thinks that, despite cries from medical staff who want to use the drug in experiments, the risks posed by salvia are too great to postpone the legislation.
